Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Next Level Hair LLC understands that sometimes schedules change and in the event of cancelling or rescheduling your appointment we request at least 24 hours notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice and appointments that are a “No-Show” are subject to a fee of 50% for scheduled service(s). Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the service amount. Group bookings of four or more people require a notice period of 72 hours (3 days). For each guest that fails to show without required notice a charge of 50% of the service amount will be incurred on the card used to reserve booking. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled. Next Level Hair LLC values your time and feels that it is fair to honor the same policies we hold to our clients. Should Next Level Hair LLC need to cancel on a client due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice we will honor a complimentary haircut or deep conditioning treatment for your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner. Here at Next Level Hair LLC we understand that people get sick and/or accidents and emergencies occur that prevent 24 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace. We do record last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, and no-shows to prevent abuse of the policy. We do this to be preventative in order to accommodate our team and our guests. Redo & Refund Policy We take pride in, stand by, and guarantee our work at Next Level Hair LLC. If you are unsatisfied with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it. A redo will only be honored if Next Level Hair LLC is contacted within 7 days of the original service. We would like to consult and communicate together to come up with a solution, therefore you must return to the salon for work/results to be evaluated. If you are unwilling to return to the salon to reevaluate, then the complaint is considered unwarranted and no further action will be taken. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved, then a full service sale total credit will be held to be applied to a future service. Due to the nature of the service(s) provided, we do not offer refunds. Privacy Policy In this privacy policy references to ‘we’ or ‘us’ refer to Next Level Hair LLC .This policy will explain what information we collect about you and how we use it. The Information We Collect and How At Next Level Hair LLC we take privacy seriously and only use the information we collect to provide and improve our services. We do not share or sell the information we collect to any third parties. For transparency, listed are the business services we provide and how each service uses the information we collect. Hair and beauty related services: We request a minimal level of personal information to run our business effectively. This is information you provide us directly, for example, your name, birthday and contact details. We will never obtain information about you indirectly from sources outside of our business. We store notes in regard to services we offer to ensure we maintain and exceed an excellent level of service. For example, your preferred hair style, color formulas and which beverage you prefer. We consider you have provided consent for us to store personal information and information about your services based on your receiving services from us. Depending on the particular service(s) we are providing we may be required to ask questions related to your medical history. We will obtain your consent prior to storing information related to your medical history. Examples of medical data may be allergies, pregnancy or an injury that may impact our service. Appointment confirmations and reminders: We will contact you via phone, email or text to confirm appointments and remind you of upcoming appointments. We consider your having made the appointment as consent to accept this activity. Appointment ratings and reviews: After visiting us we may send you an email or text asking you to review our services and provide feedback. We consider your agreement and participation in the service as consent to accept this activity but, if you want, you may opt out at any time. Marketing: We will not undertake phone, mail, email or SMS marketing without you first providing consent for us to do so. Our marketing campaigns are automated and use rules based on services and products purchased and information we collect from you. For example, we may send marketing campaigns related to your birthday, the fact we miss you (you have not visited for 3 months) and other special days like Valentine’s Day and Christmas.
